Yes — every rental includes delivery, full setup, and pickup. We arrive ahead of your event start time to ensure everything is perfectly in place before your guests arrive.
Absolutely. Our arches are designed to work beautifully with florals, greenery, drapery, and other accents. We recommend coordinating with your florist ahead of time and are happy to discuss styling ideas during your consultation. Please note that clients are responsible for any damage to the arch caused during decoration or use — full details are covered at the time of booking.
The Mojave (hexagon) is approximately 7ft tall × 7ft wide. The Summit (A-frame triangle) is approximately 8ft tall × 6ft wide. If your venue has specific clearance requirements, reach out and we'll confirm exact measurements.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding season. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City, and surrounding areas. For events outside our standard range, reach out and we'll discuss travel fees and availability.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days are reviewed case by case. Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.

Based in Las Vegas, we deliver and set up throughout the entire valley — from intimate backyard ceremonies to grand venue celebrations. Outside our standard area? Reach out and we'll make it work.
